We provide clean, fully furnished (residents can bring furniture for their private room if they'd like) shared homes with utilities included, clear house expectations, and a calm environment designed for adults who value respect, routine, and community without giving up independence. Our homes are ideal for adults living on fixed or working incomes who may be looking to lower expenses, simplify life, or avoid living alone. Our homes offer shared common areas, private and shared bedroom options, and an on-site house manager to help maintain structure and consistency. TH2L is not assisted living or a care facility. It is simple, stable co-living designed to help adults 58+ live better, spend less, and feel at home again.
